Since its launch, MOMENTICA has captured artists’ most special moments as Digital Collectibles, turning them into cherished memories shared with fans.
After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to officially terminate the MOMENTICA service as of July 2, 2025.
To help you prepare for the closure, we have outlined the key information below regarding the service termination schedule, refund process, and data download options.

TAKE Download or Refund Guide
With the termination of service, users who have purchased TAKE Packs may choose one of the following options for their owned TAKEs.
The application period is from July 2 to August 1, 2025 (12:00 PM KST).
Option 1. Download TAKE
You can download one video file per TAKE, which includes the front, back, and additional assets.
Option 2. Request a Refund
Refunds will be calculated based on the purchase price of the Packs.
Refund Guide for Shuffle Tickets & Purchased Lemons
Shuffle Tickets
Refunds for purchased Shuffle Tickets will be issued at a rate of $1 USD per ticket.
Applications will be accepted from July 2, 2025, to August 1, 2025, at 12:00 PM (KST).
Lemons
Refunds are available for unused purchased Lemons at a rate of $1 USD per 100 Lemons.
Lemons only added within the past five years will be eligible for a refund.
Personal Information Retention Policy
After the service termination, any personal information that is legally required to be retained will be securely stored for the period specified by law and then safely deleted.
