Paid TAKEs are eligible for a refund. However, if the original file has already been downloaded to your device, a refund will not be possible.
You can apply for a refund through the following steps. Please note that once a TAKE has been downloaded, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
In short, you may request a refund only before downloading the original file. You can either download the TAKE or request a refund, not both.
