Submit a request

Q. I sent an approval request but my parent/guardian has not received the notification

If the parent/guardian notification is off, they will not receive notification of your request. Go to Settings > Notifications and make sure notifications is on.

The parent/guardian can also go to Settings > Family Authentication to see the approval request.

1. Access to an application >  Access to 'Settings' on the right top

3. Notification setting > Confirm whether the toggle switch is on
