To delete your account, simply follow these steps:
- Go to the Customer Support section and select "Submit a request."
- Choose "Delete account" as the inquiry type, fill out the rest of the forms, and submit.
- Once your account is deleted, any TAKE(s) you own will be permanently destroyed, and your total balance of MON will be wiped out. Therefore, we suggest that you check your assets first.
To check the TAKE(s) you own, follow these steps:
- Open the MOMENTICA App and select "Collection."
- For MOMENTICA Web, click on the menu icon in the top right corner, and select "My Collection."
To check your MON balance, follow these steps:
- Open the MOMENTICA App and go to the 'Collection' Menu > Settings > Payment Method.
- For MOMENTICA Web, click on the menu icon in the top right corner, and select "Payment Method."
