Purchased shuffle tickets must be used within 5 years from the date of purchase.
The free recharge shuffle ticket does not have a specific validity period. However, in the case of promotinal free tickets (e.g. special events), there may be a validity period depending on the type of ticket.
We will notify you of any expiration period in this case. Please use your tickets within the validity period as expired tickets cannot be recovered.
